Phage technology offers an elegant, natural and organic way to safeguard our food products during processing. Phages are easy to apply on food via spray, mist or dip. They can also be used on food contact surfaces to prevent cross contamination, or in the processing environment to address hot spots and biofilms.
PhageGuard products are cutting edge food safety tools for cooked meat, poultry, fish, dairy, cheese, produce and more. PhageGuard products target the pathogenic bacteria and have no effect on taste, color, texture or odor of the final product. Labelling of use of phages is optional when used as a food processing aid.
