In order to Help As Many As Possible As Soon As Possible (HAMAPASAP) we are looking for an Office Manager.  The Office Manager reports to the Facilities & IT (FIT) manager and is a member of the FIT Team.

Your role at Micreos 

The Office Manager is responsible for assisting Facilities, IT, HR and Recruitment in general administrative and operational activities and is able to adhere in a timely and efficient manner to requests of Micreos employees to facilitate their needs concerning IT and facility related matters.

This includes: 

• Agenda planning and reservations for central services FIT/HR/Recruitment 
• Responsible for ordering, distribution and stock of Office and kitchen supplies 
• Main contact for Micreos employees regarding support of operational facility and IT related matters 
• Replace the receptionist in times of holidays and illness. 
• Keep correct administration concerning the different activities performed on a daily basis. 
• Oversee administrative support to the central services departments FIT, HR and Recruitment. 

Main objectives of the role 

• Perform simple first line support tasks for IT and Facility related matters 
• Keep track of IT and Facilities Devices, maintenance and tickets in FIT management system 
• Keep track of and coordinate facility related maintenance and repair jobs 
• Keep Service ticketing system up to date and adhere to requests in timely manner 
• Be of assistance to central services in general tasks. 
• Maintain stock levels of office and kitchen supplies 
• Keep an excellent relationship with suppliers

More about you and your competences

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch 
• Excellent in English both in writing and verbally 
• Affinity with both Facility and IT related matters and devices 
• MBO+/HBO work experience and intellectual credentials 
• Affinity with IT equipment and administrative systems
• Service oriented, Professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate 
• Responsive and proactive; willing to meet each challenge 
• Comfortable to work in a fast changing environment
