Your role at Gladskin
Key Responsibility: In charge of building a New Product Development Plan
Your tasks
Thanks to the new products you will develop, you will make Gladskin the new and indisputable reference to fix unsolved skin problems both for Consumers and Professionals.

Build the new Gladskin Product Development plan (together with the key internal stakeholders)

Through an in depth market understanding and vision, a clear consumer needs understanding, you will strengthen the Gladskin range of products with new and disruptive products.

Brief, work and follow up on projects with our R&D team to develop the best possible formulas. Through the most relevant market/consumer insights, you will

Bring Gladskin to the ultimate innovative dimension through the innovate products you will develop

Impose our breakthrough technology through strong and superior concepts/products. Your new products will have to overperform in every extent (product performance, efficacy, sales, image..) the competition.

Manage the project from A to Z: from the concept to the finished goods

Work hand in hand with R&D, Operations, Production and all internal key stakeholders

Manage design agencies, partners, suppliers (incl. packaging suppliers)

Your new product launches will have to generate a significant part of the annual net revenues of the brand in all markets

You will build a worldwide new product plan and will also take into consideration potential local needs on the key strategic markets (Europe / North America)
More about you and your competences

a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience

An experience in the Beauty/Personal Care/Cosmetic Industry will be a plus

Bacteria are all around us. Most of them are good and protect us, but some can cause irritation or infection. Antibiotics do not distinguish between good and bad bacteria and their use can lead to side effects and resistance. As they have been broadly used - often inappropriately - the emergence of antibiotic-resistant 'superbugs' is now a global concern. On the other hand, it has become evident that our microbiome, comprising billions of beneficial bacteria, is necessary for our health and should be left intact.
Micreos develops the world's first targeted antibacterial products, set to replace antibiotics. The company is viewed as global leader spearheading this exciting new field. With Micreos endolysin technology, for the first time we can kill only the unwanted bacteria - including antibiotic resistant strains - while leaving the beneficial bacteria intact. In addition, research shows that the use of endolysins does not induce resistance.
